| My husband and myself listed our house at 1223 Bracebridge Court in Campbell,
California with Phil Frantz and had a good offer wrapped up by him in 19
days. |
| The housing market was strong at the time, but we feel that because we
followed his recommendations our house showed very well. There were two homes identical in
square footage, layouts and so forth for sale on our street when ours went on the market
and OURS SOLD FIRST. |
