Dear Phil Nancy and I would like to extend our
profound appreciation for the professional manner in which you handled
the sale of our home in San Jose. As you know, we resided in San Jose
for 11 years, and were living in our "dream" neighborhood in the Almaden
Valley. When I received a promotion and related transfer with my
company, it was with a great deal of anxiety that we approached this
move. Besides leaving our most comfortable situation, there were two
additional elements involved. I had to depart the area for my new
assignment, leaving Nancy and our two young boys behind, and it was
Christmas time. Our level of stress was through the roof.
This is where you entered the picture. First, you suggested we
price the home a bit higher than we thought feasible. Somehow your sixth
sense came into play because we were one of the first homes to sell at
the onset of an upturn in the Bay Area market. Second, through your
extensive knowledge of the real estate business, you suggested we obtain
a roof inspection rather than replace our twenty year old roof. The
result: Only minor repairs were required, this saving us thousands of
dollars. Next, you suggested that we list our house, exclusive of a
patio deck that was also in need of some repair. Again, dollars saved
directly to our bottom line. Phil, your extreme professionalism, your
high level of energy, coupled with your vast knowledge of your business,
and your handling this transaction, from initial marketing to closing
allowed us the freedom to plan and execute our move to San Luis Obispo
in a very seamless, and non-invasive manner. Clearly we could not have
done this without you. We could never thank you enough.
Phil, you are an asset to your profession, and you set the
standard for the marketing, and execution of the sale of our home. We
are forever grateful and value your skills and your friendship.
Sincerely,
Michael and Nancy Kincade |
