To Whom It May Concern: I met Irmagard Auckerman and Phillip Frantz tow years ago at an open house event. At that time, I had already been searching fruitlessly for a home for six months. My agent was showing me houses that were in poor condition and in locations I did not like. She was blaming it on my limited funds. Due to all of this, I was almost persuaded into buying something I did not like. Only hope that there must be a house somewhere that I could love stopped me at the last minute of presenting the offer. Out of sheer desperation I started to visit open houses on my own in the neighborhoods I was interested in. On one of those visits I met Irma and Phil. The house I met them in I couldn't afford financially but they got interested in my plight and promised to call me the next day with a list of the houses I would love to see. They kept their promise and showed me the house I liked from the first moment I saw it. Their help was also of tremendous importance in the whole process of presenting the offer and inspection of the house. To this day we are still in contact and they are always there to share with me any news on the market. I know if I decided to get active in the market again I will ask them to represent me.
