When I decided to sell my house I called Phil, told him I wished to sell my house and had no idea how to go about it.  He took me under his wing and went above and beyond explaining everything to me that I needed to know.  He made me understand all of the paperwork that I had to sign and took care of getting the repairs done with experienced people to do it for me.

 

Phil sold my house within a week and a half and made sure I got the best deal.  I was asking $675,000, got 5 bids on the house, and was able to get $701,000.  Boy! did that make me very happy.
