This letter is to thank-you, once again, for doing an outstanding job finding a larger home for our family. After outgrowing our first home in the Almaden area, which you found for us two years ago, we were excited to find a much larger home (double the size) in the beautiful Blossom Valley area at below market price.

Due to the competitive nature of the real estate market, you remained extremely patience with my husband and I, and spent almost five months of searching for the "right" home for us. With daily visits to a variety of homes in our desired areas, numerous phone calls and several cups of coffee, you worked closely with us and moved us into our lovely home at 6198 Glider Drive.

The process of obtaining our loan was also handled smoothly by Lee Roebke, the broker which you coordinate most of your loans through. Lee kept our best interest at hand every step of the way and never left us with questions.
