| To Whom It May Concern: If you are
reading this letter chances are you are looking for a Realtor, in my
opinion Phil Frantz is your man.
We first met Phil several years ago when my father-in-law
passed away. My husband had been raised in the house on Adair Way so he
decided to sell the home because it contained to many memories to use as
a rental property. After interviewing quite a number of Realtors, I
found Phil He informed us of what was necessary to do to market the home
and get top dollar. Phil made all the arrangements, for repair, clean
up, inspections, and some small improvements to show the house in it's
best light.
This was a hard time for my husband and I but Phil handled
himself in a professional and sensitive manner. He was able to get us a
good price for the house while always staying aware of our feelings.
In 1993, my husband and I found our dream house with a view
of the water on an island in Washington. We decided to sell our home of
20 years but this time there was no need to interview Realtors. We just
called Phil. Once again, Phil told us what was needed to be done, got us
in touch with the right people and basically held our hand from the time
our home went on the market till closing - keeping us informed every
step of the way.
Selling or buying a home is a stressful time in the best of
circumstances, but with Phil as your Realtor, you will have someone to
smooth out the path. Phil always kept us informed on what was going on
and what to expect every step of the way. Our telephone calls were
promptly returned and we were always given advance notice before
he showed the house.
Phil has sold 2 homes for us, got us top dollar, and we have
made a friend we can count on in the process. Hopefully, by now you can
understand why I feel Phil Frantz should be your Realtor.
Sincerely,
Kathleen Tody |
