We first met Phil several years ago when my father-in-law passed away. My husband had been raised in the house on Adair Way so he decided to sell the home because it contained to many memories to use as a rental property. After interviewing quite a number of Realtors, I found Phil He informed us of what was necessary to do to market the home and get top dollar. Phil made all the arrangements, for repair, clean up, inspections, and some small improvements to show the house in it's best light.
