Dear Phil:

What can I say? 28 years ago you sold my daughter's home and helped her buy a home in Willow Glen. Then, several years later she moved to Los Angeles, you sold her Willow Glen home. About that time you sold her daughter her home in Almaden.

Now you have just sold my home in Saratoga and my granddaughter's Almaden home.

What a record!

You handled everything very efficiently and with class! You even calmed me down when I got anxious.
